I love sliders so much because they are so easy to throw together and you can make them in so many different flavors. If you are a Buffalo sauce lover, you need to run to your kitchen to make this easy sliders recipe. This is the perfect sandwich recipe for game day!

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Here is a brief overview of how these Buffalo chicken sliders come together. Be sure to scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for the full recipe, including all ingredients and their measurements.
Step 1: Cut the Rolls
Cut the slider rolls in half by placing your hand on top of the rolls and gently, using a serrated knife, cutting them in half to remove the tops from the bottoms.

Step 2: Make the Chicken Filling
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, and garlic. Once well mixed, spread the chicken mixture on top of the first layer of shredded cheese.

Step 3: Put the Sliders Together
Put the bottom of the sliders into a prepared baking dish. Top with half of the shredded cheese. Then add the chicken mixture. Add the remaining cheese. Then top with the top of the slider buns and finally pour over a mixture of butter and parsley.

Step 4: Bake the Sliders
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove the foil. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Homemade Buffalo Sauce
Made with vinegar, a cayenne pepper-based hot sauce, and butter, homemade Buffalo sauce adds so much flavor to different recipes. The spicy Buffalo sauce is so yummy with the sweet Hawaiian rolls and savory chicken.
Storing and Reheating Leftovers
Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat the portion you plan to eat in the oven or air fryer until heated through.

Notes
- These usually come in a pack of 24 small rolls or 12 larger rolls. Both will work for this recipe.
- One pound of raw boneless skinless chicken breasts when cooked equals about 3 cups. Roasting chicken breasts, boiling them, or using a store-bought rotisserie chicken are all great options. I love keeping frozen chicken on hand for recipes like this.
