Gin Moscow Mule Ingredients

Here are the ingredients that make up this gin gin mule. For the full recipe including all measurements, scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • Mint: Unlike the traditional Moscow Mule, we start by muddling some fresh mint leaves, much like you do in a Mojito .
  • Gin : Bombay Saphire is always my preference for gin cocktails, but use a gin that you enjoy the flavor of.
  • Simple syrup: I love to use my own recipe, but you could always buy a bottle.
  • Lime juice: Freshly squeezed lime juice is always best for cocktails. Since Moscow mules are usually garnished with lime wedges anyway, buy a few limes for fresh lime juice for this recipe.
  • Ginger beer : I use ginger beer with alcohol, but you can also find and use ginger beer that is not alcoholic. I’ve also used ginger ale in a pinch, which results in a sweeter cocktail.
