How to Make Peach Syrup
Step 1: Boil the Peaches
Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Ensure that it has enough water to cover the peaches. Boil the peaches for 50 seconds.

Step 2: Put the Peaches in an Ice Bath
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the peaches to a large bowl of water and ice to cool.

Step 3: Peel and Dice the Peaches
When the peaches are cool enough to handle, remove them from the ice bath and peel off the skin. Dice the peaches, discarding the peel and pit.

Step 4: Cook the Peaches
Add the diced peaches, sugar, and water to a large stockpot and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring regularly. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5: Blend and Strain the Peach Mixture
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the syrup using a mesh strainer to remove the pulp. Enjoy!
