Ingredients for Baked Baby Potatoes
- Boomer gold baby creamer potatoes: Creamer potatoes are small and buttery, which makes them perfect for this recipe. Any small type of potato will work, such as baby Yukon golds, just make sure that they are smaller than two inches and cut in half. For best results, stick with creamer potatoes.
- Butter : Melted butter coats the potatoes, adding a rich, savory flavor and helps the potatoes develop a golden exterior as they roast.
- Minced garlic : Fresh garlic adds such a delicious, savory flavor to the potatoes.
- Salt and pepper
